These are the general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) for Services provided that govern the relationship between you and our client (referred to as “you” in these Terms and Conditions).
Terms are subject to change without notice, except that the Terms in effect at the time you made or modified an order will apply to that order.
Our main service aims to help you get a travel visa and other travel documents. We identify the documents and forms that you normally need to provide to achieve this goal and then transmit the completed documents and forms to the competent authority or authorities. For the avoidance of doubt, when we provide services to you, you are our customer and these Terms apply. If we refer you to another service provider, it is your responsibility to review all services provided and that service provider's terms and conditions will apply to their services.
Our aims to provide you with the correct information and to ensure you receive New Zealand eTA (Electronic Travel Authority) on time for your trip before your intended date. However, note that all requirements for obtaining an New Zealand eTA (documentation, fees, time limits, etc.) are calculated using general criteria and are calculated based on the information you provide such as current or previous nationality, place of residence, gender, age, occupation, last trip, religion, etc. You should also remember that publishers may change the general terms for certain countries or request additional specific information from you without notice. We will try to notify you of the changes as soon as possible.
You can see a list of requirements on our website that must be met in order for your visa application to be processed. So that you are always aware of the whereabouts of your documents, you will receive a receipt confirmation via email as soon as your documents arrive at our office.
We will only process the visa or visas specified in the application; Not responsible for other visas required for your trip that have not been applied for or valid for stopovers during your trip.
By submitting visa applications, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Once your application or visa application has been sent to us, we will send an email to the email address you provided with the specific conditions of the visa application (type of visa, destination, time frame, etc.).
When we returns your passport and documents to you, you should check that all the visas you will need for your trip have been obtained and that the visas are for each country you wish to visit for the country/countries of arrival and departure date of the area of your visit and the purpose and nature of the visit you (tourism, business, study, etc.). If you find discrepancies in your records, you should notify us immediately.
Unless stated otherwise, We will send complete applications via secure mail. Shipping costs will be added to your order amount. All third-party shipping companies are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any loss or delay caused by the use of third-party services.
The issuing authority makes the final decision on the NZeTA, how soon it will be published and for how long it will be published. Before an application is approved, the issuing authority may request additional documentation. The issuing authority may reject an application for a visa, passport or other travel document for any reason and cannot provide reasons for rejection. The issuing authority may choose to issue a different type of travel document than the one requested by the applicant, which may affect the purpose, validity or number of entries permits into the country. Therefore, you may not purchase a non-refundable ticket or booking until you have received all the necessary travel documents for your trip. In addition to the issuing authority, We also reserves the right to prioritize application processing based on the travel dates you provide.
